James Drury has been a licensed Auctioneer in Illinois since 2001. A Graduate of the Repperts School of Auctioneering, Mr. Drury began his auction career in the medical auction area in 1999. Mr. Drury traveled throughout the country assisting hospitals in the disposition of their excess medical equipment, utilizing the auction method of disposition. The school provides a 24/7 online continuing education classes in a video format and online proctored exams for the convenience of Auctioneer license renewal. Approved in WI, AL, AR, KY, IL

Mr. Drury has been a licensed CE instructor for Real Estate in Illinois since 2011. He has taught real estate auction courses and most recently has been teaching Negotiation Skills for the Real Estate Negotiation Institute since 2013. Mr. Drury holds a Real Estate Managing Broker license in Illinois, plus a license to teach real estate continuing education in Illinois.

Mr. Drury has a Bachelor & Master’s degree with double majors…Speech & Marketing and has taught at the college level at Vincennes University.
